If u need other methods to restrict ur phone usage then use “APP BLOCK “ app and dont forget to block that app also so u can't unblock the distractions.

Make a minimum duration of your seating for 2 hours…It's really mandatory and not that hard, you will get used to it overtime

Delete all the social media type apps from your phone,observe your activity with your phone for one week and look at which apps forces to pick up your phone…delete them

Don't study the same subject/topic for long duration, at one point your mind gets bored and tired so keep rotating between topics after 3–4 hours
